TADSA uses a three-stage model to help clinics and their neighbouring Community Based Organisations (CBOs) cooperate effectively to tackle TB and HIV.
  1. Formative Assessment:
TADSA meets clinic staff and CBO’s and gathers baseline data.
  2. Training and facilitation:
TADSA facilitates meetings between clinic staff and CBOs involved in HIV and TB to establish relationships, agree on roles, and identify gaps in cooperation.
Training workshops ensure that all parties are working with same initial understanding of community-based TB and HIV care.
